Most (All?) of the old American Laser Games are available on CD from Digital Leisure and can be purchased pretty cheaply on the internet.

They work well in a cabinet equipped with a light gun. I use the EMS TopGun.

The only problem with is that they do not start up in full screen mode.

To get around this I created a launcher for them that can be used from any front end that support command line emulators.

The launcher handles switching to full screen and also sets the reload option. It also support adding a reload sound if desired.
